Sleepwalk

Shadow, light,
False delight,
A creed denied
Its right;

Shapes, reverie,
Contained revelry,
A pale dream
Around my sleep;

Footsteps, rain,
Sedate disdain,
An inane
Numbing pain;

Fading away
To blatant decay,
In half a minute
Of disarray.
